Who we are

This website is operated by Britemind Ltd, a company registered in Finland.

What data we collect

We collect your email address, first name, and last name when you download the Presentation Design Canvas or use the AI Canvas generator. This is the only personal data we collect on this site.

When you use the AI Canvas generator, you also provide information about your presentation (title, audience, purpose, arguments, and context). This content is not stored by us. It is sent directly to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your canvas and is discarded immediately after. We do not log, retain, or process your presentation content in any way.

Why we collect your email

Your email address is collected for two purposes:

1. To deliver the Presentation Design Canvas PDF to your inbox and/or confirm your AI-generated canvas.
2. To send you a short sequence of follow-up emails with practical presentation tips and information about Britemind's services.

We will not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

AI processing

The AI Canvas generator uses Claude, an AI service operated by Anthropic, PBC, 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you generate a canvas, your presentation inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's API solely to produce the canvas output. Anthropic processes this data under their own Privacy Policy and API usage terms. We do not store, log, or retain any of this content on our systems.

Who processes your email

We use EmailOctopus, operated by EmailOctopus Ltd, to manage email delivery and our subscriber list. EmailOctopus acts as a data processor on our behalf. For more information, see EmailOctopus's Privacy Policy.

Your email address may be stored on servers outside Finland. EmailOctopus complies with GDPR and provides adequate data protection safeguards.

Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the basis of consent — you voluntarily provide it when submitting the download form. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

How long we keep your data

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active list. You may request permanent deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or any tracking scripts beyond what the EmailOctopus embed form may set for its own functionality. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
